(3) Unless otherwise agreed upon, the goods will be delivered from our warehouse to the address provided by you; shipping charges apply. Costs arising from providing an incomplete or incorrect address will be charged to you.

(5) Taxes are calculated and collected via shipping service provider UPS.

Returns

(1) If delivered items show obvious damage due to transportation, please make a complaint to the deliverer immediately and get in touch with us promptly. This helps us to file our own claims against the carrier or the transport insurance.
